Hi, About 8 Months Ago I Noticed Some Darker Patches

hi, about 8 months ago i noticed some darker patches of skin on the head of my penis, i went to a doctor but he didnt examine me. He told me i have over active glans. But Now tiny bumpy lines are forming and the skin looks like it is cracking. It doesnt look to bad but there is definately something wrong. Im embaressed to go back to the doctor cause he refuses to look at it for me. Im now starting to feel minor pain .
