Hi, About A Week Ago I Noticed A Cluster Of

hi, about a week ago I noticed a cluster of itchy bumps on my upper right butt crack. I used some A and D ointment and took a benydryl and the itching and hardness of the rash quit but there is still a cluster and it spread to my other cheek. Some of the bumps are bright red and bigger and a bit scabbed but I was itching them. what could this be. NOTE: this occured right after i slept with toilet paper in my underwear since i was out of pads. i am also prone to yeast infections
