Hi Am 18 Years Old And Only Started Having Sex

hi am 18 years old and only started having sex recently about 2 days ago i noticed a discomfort in my vagina with a little bit of itching and pain during sex and urination on closer inspection i notice some tiny fingerlike projections on the insides of my vulva and and engorged or swollen clitoris
what does this mean?
