Hi Am 56 Yrs.old Female And I Have Moderate Osteoporosis,

hi am 56 yrs.old female and i have moderate osteoporosis, neck arthritis, insomnia, my ggt is high, my sugar is 7.5 but my family doctor didnt roll out anything or give me advice what to do, he got no,prescription all he told me is to diet. and he didnt even tell me to eat or not to eat. am so depressed and i need your medical expertise with my problem. thank and appreciate much your valued time and expertise extended to us/me whomis so desperate with the situation.
