Hi Am A 24year Old Male Recently I Have Been

hi am a 24year old male recently i have been having side pains with on and off leg pains and also cramps on my hand and fingers. i sleep well through the night without pains and most and times i can go for long periods with any pain especially during exercise i feel nor pain. but it comes up usually when am in mobile like sitted.
