Hi Am Feeling That Am Pregnant But I Didn't Miss

hi am feeling that am pregnant but i didn't miss my period yet but the last 2 were so light , am having nausea , vomiting, costipation , slight heartburn , slight fever and headache .
i went to a doctor he is suggesting that i might have cyst in my right ovary , so he referred me to another doctor
i just want to know if i can be pregnant or no because he didn't talk about it he just gave me medication for nausea and heartburn
