hi. am male 63 yrs old.I get weekly blood transfusions. my iron level is over 3500 as a result.caused by bone marrow disfunction. am constantly getting skin eruptions on my face and scalp only.they are filled with watery bloody fluid.m spleen is enlarged and platelets and white cells are low.I take an iron chealator called exjade every morning
