Hi Bi Have Epiditimis Infection(chronic) Taking 500 Mg Of Arithomicin

hi bi have epiditimis infection(chronic) taking 500 mg of arithomicin and 50 mg of tramadol for pain. Both are every 6 hours. Can I take ecrotin 325 mg, doctor told me that when I take aspirin, I can take up to 1000 mg for a few days only. do u see any problems with interactions/dosage if I take the ecrotin pardon my spelling, have 4 yr college degree, but I am 64 and not feeling great. thanh u so very much
