Hi Can I Ask A Question .. My 4month Olf

hi can i ask a question .. my 4month olf baby has a white foul not so thick vaginal discharge. havent gave her a bath 3 days now coz she has fever last 2 days and somehow shes fine now with temp of 36.64 °C. is this vaginal infection ? coz its really smelly.. im so worrief im a first time mom. thank you so much for considering this
