hi can you explain me the meaning of this ,(1)the endometrium is slightly heterogeneous(endometruim-0.75cm)w/intact endomyometrial interface.(2)there are 2 small cystic spaces seen within the posteriour endometrium w/the larger and more prominent one measuring 0.17cm in widest diameter.(3)the right ovary is lateral to the uterus while the left ovary is anterolateral.Both contain more than 12 mostly subcapsular follicles measuring less than 1.0cm in diameter w/dense stroma. It is dangerous??
