Hi Dear Doctor , 15th August 2015 My Last Periods

hi dear doctor , 15th August 2015 my last periods done, now I m 7th wks pregnant , on 1st October little bleed come from vagina and stopped I went for checking doctor suggest me some medicine and said come after 2 weeks, today I go for checking and after ultrasound checking she said missed abortion and reported collapse sac 4-5 wks . I very upset this z my first pregnancy my husband abroad I so depressed plz help me
