Hi Doc, I Want To Delay My Dates As Expected

hi doc,

I want to delay my dates as expected it always delay by 1 week from the previous dates. please advise the dosage, 5mg 3 tablets a day or 2 tablets? I want to delay my dates till one week.

Shall I take it after lunch breakfast and dinner or empty stomach?
