Hi Doc I'm Calling From Dublin, Ireland. For The Past

hi doc I'm calling from dublin, Ireland. for the past five weeks approximately my breasts have been excruciatingly painful. they look and feel so swollen, that I look like I'm either pregnant (which I'm not - last baby 13 yrs ago!) it that I've had a breast enlargement. I am unable to cough which are tiny baby like coughs. I'm unable to get up out of bed in the morning without having somebody slowly lift me up. I can only sleep on one side with my hand between my breasts. wearing a bra is extremely painful so is going without. please give me some help doc. I've googled as much as possible, I don't seem to have mastitis so what do u think. would appreciate anything.
