hi doc.
i am 47 yrs male having psoriasis from about 20 yrs , last yr i checked for hla b27 antigen it was negative , now i ahave pain in my left shoulder and left arm going down from outside and only left arm shivers a little sometimes from 6 months i weighed 90 kg, and not taking medicines for psoriasis from last 3 yrs also i have sitting work throughout the day in front of computer . pls suggest also i am not doing any walk or excercise to be frankly.
