Hi Doc. I Have A Lump On My Hard Palate.

hi doc. i have a lump on my hard palate. I only discovered it when i have to consult an ent because of my burning mouth since 2015 and until now i still have it. My ent says that my BMS is caused by my GERD -acid reflux. I had my first medication for my GERD last july 2015 (peprazom and gabapentin) but it is still there. Last january of this year, i came to my ent and consulted my BMS and she gave me the same meds for two weeks. Because of curiosity of what causes my BMS, i inspected my mouth once in a while, it was only lately that i discovered that i have i a bump on my palate. It is not painful when i press it, but it is hard. Does this bump on my palate causes my BMS? should the bumps on my palate be removed?
