Hi Doc I Just Give Birth 2 Months And 2weeks

hi doc i just give birth 2 months and 2weeks ago weighting 3.9 kilos and then after give birth i had a 3 weeks bleeding and then it stopped. but then again a 2weeks after it came back until the next month. I had a twice menstruation a month and it is very heavy on the first and second day but in the third day it will become light red. what does it mean? please help me about this doc
