Hi Doc I Saw Small Red Specs In My Stool

hi doc i saw small red specs in my stool a couple days ago, i have acid reflux also i suffer from anxiety and depression so rite now i feel stressed, also have hemroids. I went by the doc and she gave me antibiotocs because i have a UTI and also Pantecta for the acid. The right side of my stomach is irrirated. She did a physical exam on my stomach and check my pressure and blood sugar. Everything was normal.

Is it anything to stress about??
