Hi Doc Im 51 Have A Servere Drinking Problem Not

hi doc im 51 have a servere drinking problem not every day but if I start I cant stop for days . at present I have a constant pain in my chest like indigestion ,but has been like this for days I have recently got over a week long bender of up to 15 beers a day. I am male and live a pretty active life as I am my own boss running my fishing business . do you think its liver damage or worse ????
