Hi Doc, My Wife 44yrs Has Hemoglobin 10g She Is

hi doc,

my wife 44yrs has hemoglobin 10g
she is getting giddiness
she has long yrs of pallor since 23 yrs,the max level Hb attained was 12g often
she is getting giddiesss and haas mitral valve prolapse and palpitations which often leads to syncope.
this was happened 3 times in last 4 yrs and we did all tests like echo,holder monitoring 24 hrs etc
cardiologist told this palpitatoion is not dangerous but advised periodic check ups
our family physician advised to take orofer to correct anemia.
i noticed that when ever her Hemoglobin is morethan 11g she never had giddiness or syncope.
she is on metoprolol 50mg Bid for 2yrs and of moderate built-82kg
