Hi Doc,, My Wife Just Gave Birth To Our Son

hi doc,, my wife just gave birth to our son wayback October 16, she was advised by her OB to take daphne pills to prevent pregnancy, however , just earlier ,she mentioned to me that earlier she felt something the same during her first week pregnancy period with our first child, she felt dizzy,, is it normal or is she pregnant again for the 2nd time ?please respond doc asap, thanks
