transv result
uterus- 6.0 x 6.9 x 2.8cm anteverted
endometrium thick 1.8cm hyperechoic
adnexae- right ovary 2.6 x 3.3x 1.5cm
located: lateral / posterolater/posterior to uterus
within right ovary is a cystic structure unilocular, thick walled with low level echo measuring 1.1x1.3x0.8 cm suggestive of corpus luteum
left ovary: 2.4x 2.4x1.0cm
located lateral
cervix: 2.8 x 3.1x 2.2cm nabothian cysts: present/none
others: minimal fluid in the cul de sac

diagnosis: normal sized anteverted uterus with thickened endometrium
cystic structure right ovary suggestive of corpus luteum
normal left ovary
suggest correlation with serum beta hcg
