Hi Doc,im Eric I Have Allergies Since 9 Years When

hi doc,im eric i have allergies since 9 years when i move to hk and im taking celestamine and piriton when my allergy attact but when im not taking it, it get worse now im immume to the medicine and theres side effect all my finger nails died is it possible side effects ? pls.help me doc. thank you
