Few days back I am age 34 male , Height 5'8 and weight 82.3-4 days back i was felling some irritation at annal so i have scratched as a result i feel some cut/scratch might have occurred as a result i am feeling bit pain. So i have used an ointment anovate but not much improvement. Please suggest what need to be done to escape from pain .
