Hi Doctor , I M Trying To Conceive Second Baby.

I m trying to conceive second baby. I have regular periods but
I was put on clomid and trigger injections last 2 months but stopped because wasn't conceiving.
I got periods normally and its time of my ovulation I feeling the same as I was on clomid and we intercourse every 2nd day to conceive but today I notice some blood in stool and even If I pass urine I saw some blood from anus ..could this be a sign of heat in my body or ovulation ?? what it can be ??
