Hi Doctor, I Was At My Cardiologist To Check Up

hi doctor, I was at my cardiologist to check up my low blood pressure. he gave me a turn table test in which I failed. I passed out during the test ,and my heart stops for 24 seconds. he told me I have a cardio inhibitory syncorp" and need to have a pacemaker to regularize my heart beat. please doctor tell me , if there is any alternative to pacemaker.
