Hi Doctor, My Mum Who Is 71 Years Old Have

hi doctor, My mum who is 71 years old have the similar problem i.e lump between her shoulder blade and neck, its been there for about 18 years, it had been removed trice on the shoulder but it keep coming back. the last surgery she did was 10 years ago. she got frustratred it keeps coming that she leave it as it is. about a month ago she find her shoulder blade swelling and the swell is hard and the worst part is she cannot move her right hand easily but with much pain. it is so sad to her in pain everytime she wants to straigten her hand that she need to support her right hand with her left hand.
Painkiller doesnt help much and on top of it also induce to gastric problem... plsss help my mum doctor.
