Hi Doctor, Base On The Results With My Ct Scan

hi doctor, base on the results with my ct scan they discovered that i have a 3 kidneys stone on the left and 7 on the right ranging from 3mm to 10 mm .My question is what is advisable to clear the stone? can i still removed it by drinking a lot of water?
