Hi Doctor Black Spots At My Lower Legs .It Appeared

hi doctor black spots at my lower legs .It appeared post 30 years of age .currently I am 34 years old .black spots have been spread to my lower legs.initially itching was happening post which new spot was developing. now itching doesn't happen but spots are still present.kindly suggest what to do ?
