Hi Doctor I Am 26 Years Old And I Am

hi doctor i am 26 years old and i am suffering from tanning. area under the nose and chin is darker than the rest of my face. which gives my face an uneven complexion. also i have small wharts under my eye region. my skin is of darker skin tone. one of my friend suffers from the same problem and she uses the following creams: kojivit gel plus (evening), uniwhite cream (morning), ROC serum at night. i use neutrogena sunscreen 50 spf is that good enough or sholud i use some better sunscreen?
