Hi Doctor, I Am 35 Years Old & Have A

hi doctor, i am 35 years old & have a 7 week 2 days pregnancy however in my first TVS scan heartbeat was not found & it shows 6 weeks 2 days pregnancy, so i have been recommended to take CAP SUSTEN 400 MG & Inj Hucog 5000 IU IM TWICE A WK IM for one week and again do a scan to see if gets the heartbeat..so just a bit worried if any complication
