i am diagnosed as hypothyroidism for the past 4 years. i used to have increased tsh levels and normal t3 and t4 levels. i was on 25 mcg levothyroxine initially and then increasesd to 50 ,then my tsh was in control.then i skipped my tablets for 3 months again tsh was high and then i was asked to increase to 75 and then tsh was normal. again it wa increasesd to 100 because i dont take regularly i keep skipping, so my doctor told mr that keep taking 100 regularly without skipping and check tsh after 3 months. but now its 5 months and when i checked my tsh its 0.153 t4 21 and t3 4.6

now what i need to do , do i need to reduce to 75 mcg or
