Hi Doctor I Am From England And My I Feel

hi doctor i am from england and my i feel very guilty, since the morning i am trying to pass the motion but i didnt pass it, because when i go to the toilet it come little blood and i cannot pass the motion due to pain now i am afraid what to do, kindly advice me as soon as possible please.
