Hi Doctor; I Am Heaving Severe Pain Through Out Left

hi doctor;
i am heaving severe pain through out left hand for the last 2 days.
i have been given injction DOLONEX (R) IM once .day before yesterday. but din nt get any result
my pain dont loose its strength.
so i am thinking to take the DOLONEX again today will it be harmful to my health?
please reply doctor.....
