Hi Doctor I Had An Mri Done Of The Brain

hi doctor i had an mri done of the brain with .2cm t2 hyperintense focur superiorly in the right periventricular region of the parietal lobe. There is no mass, no midline shift, no hemmorage. There is a signal void in major intracranial vessels and mucousal thickening in the maxillary sinuses and sphenoid sinus. Also noted is 2 nonspecific punctate hyperintensities in the right periventricular white matter compatible with minimal gliosis differential (postinfectious, postraumatic, migraine, demyelinating disease, vasculitis, microangiopathy etc) no acute findings in the brain. We are trying to rule out MS. Can you tell me what this means>
