Hi Doctor I Have A Pimple On My Face I

hi doctor i have a pimple on my face i broken it with my hand and i lost that pimple and that area turn in to a coin like shape and i lost skin surface from there and it become light wound wht i do to remove this wound and is there become a patches in future????
