Hi Doctor. I Have Been Prescribed With Duphaston Due To

hi doctor.
i have been prescribed with Duphaston due to bleeding and i have seen online that there are many bad reviews about it and i am just worried.
This is because i am not sure if what i am going through is because of the medication or not.
firstly at about 11 weeks pregnant i had bleeding and cramps, this was when i was prescribed with Duphaston. It was alright but i still have mild cramps. then again at 13 weeks i have spotting i went to the doctor and they said baby has a heartbeat and told me to still continue my medication.
yesterday at almost a5 weeks i again have cramps and spotting. Apart from all this i have bad nausea and sometimes after a light meal i am very bloated and my tummy tend to feel very hard and i experiance pain on top and below my tummy. is all this ok?
