Hi Doctor ,i Have Habit Of Roll Slik Clothes On

hi doctor ,i have habit of roll slik clothes on my foot for the purpose of rubbing it for heat when i remove this i feel like uncomfortable and i not able to do any work .it is only in the home ,in out i used to rub my foot with ruff surface why because i am doing this whats the reason .and i always feel comfortable when my body is heat means above normal temperature .i want to known the reason.
