Hi Doctor, I Havent Got My Periods On My Due

hi doctor, i havent got my periods on my due date and im delayed by 5 days...the blood pregnancy test is negative. As i have to attend a religious function i have to postpone it further...The doc gave me primolut n 5 mg and asked me to take 2 tablets 2 times a day and said the day i expect the function i shuld take 2 tablets 3 times... Are the dosage too high??
