hi doctor, i started masterbating at the beginning of the year and i am still doing it. I looked at my penis and noticed that the are little whitish, reddish bumps on my skin near the upper shaft (not on the head). I'm scared if i have a std or an infection and I'm trying to find answers. Please tell me if this is any concerns i need to know about.
