Hi Doctor, I Went To See Apartments And I Small

hi doctor, i went to see apartments and i small doggy put scratch very minor on my leg... i ignored because i realized it later..owner told that doggy was not vaccinated that time... now my eyes blinks multiple times..can it be a symptom of rabies..what should i do now??? this is almost 5 months old
