Hi Doctor, Iam 22 Weeks Pregnant Now. During The Scaning

hi doctor, iam 22 weeks pregnant now. during the scaning that i came to know that there is prominence of fetal pelvis have 0.7cm Is this is a problem for baby?, i dont know what is the situation& is there any problem after delivery to baby.. please suggest what to do. thank you,
