Hi Doctor. Its Been Around 4-5 Months Now Since I

hi doctor. its been around 4-5 months now since i have an infection in my mouth/throat. there r white flakes that r coming out and sour and dry throat every day. i have been to an ENT and i have meds. it doses reduce for a wile but never completely and when the meds r over they come back. I had checked my blood and all since the doctor asked. but there was nothing. what should i do doctor. I really want to stop this.
