Hi Doctor, My Age Is 30 , Height 5.3 ,

hi doctor,
my age is 30 , height 5.3 , weight 80 kg, i am 5th week pregnant .
this is my first baby . before that i had my miscarriage in the staring of 5th month & after 04 yrs i have conceived now.
my doc suggested me trufol & microgest 300mg .
pl suggest if this Ok for me with sufficient vitamins & all..
