Hi Doctor, My Feclysis Result Showed Pus Cells 0-1/hpf. Should

hi doctor,

my feclysis result showed pus cells 0-1/hpf. should i worry about this? all other results were normal though and no parasite was seen except for this result on pus cell which i want to know more about, i am taking laxatives during the night so my stool was very soft when i brought it there and my period came during the night of the same day i took the stool test. please enlighten me. thank you.
