Hi Doctor My Mum Is 54 And Her Kidney Ultrasound

my mum is 54 and her kidney ultrasound report shows an increase in cortical echogenecity with loss of CM differentiation s/o nephropathis changes, few small cortical cysts seen on either side. RK- 8.1x3.2cm
LK- 8.0x3.8 cm.
what does all this mean? The radilogists said that mum has to take a lot of precaution and rest the doc will tell. it is some problematic. Kindly help.
