Hi Doctor, My Name Is Anu. After Having Lower Abdomen

hi doctor, my name is Anu. After having lower abdomen pain in the right side I had an ultra sound scan and a cyst of 3.1x3 cm was seen in the right ovary. Doctors told me that the cyst will dissolve of its own.However after 2 months, I again had a scan and the cyst was not seen but the pain in the right pelvic area is still there all the time. And the report also said " No POD collection seen." please suggest me what I should do ?
