hi doctor my name is bill,im a 64 yr old male thats had hep b back in 1972, and they think i might have had hep c that long also,i start a treatment 20 yrs ago with inteaferone and ribivarin,,twice,,,neither worked i go to the va in prov. r.i., they started me on viekara,its new,its a 10 pill a day treatment for 3 months ,,well after 1 month i cleared the diese, i went clear of the hepc , i go for my 3 month after test oct 8,,,i feel good about staying clear after 3 month test,,doctors say if i clear the test after 3 months i should be clear of the hep c for good,,how do you feel about the hep c not returning after clearing the diease for 3 months?
