Hi Doctor, My Partner Has Meralgia Parenthetic. He Has Consulted

hi doctor, my partner has meralgia parenthetic. He has consulted few doctors and been advised but no pain killer or medication given. He is going to chiropractor as well but doesn't seems to help. his tingling and needle pocking pain is getting worst. Please advice. ( his back is not sore and been told he doesn't need X-ray)
