Hi Doctor, My Perineum Has Something Like Pimples Down To

hi doctor, my perineum has something like pimples down to my anus, its painful and burns when i go to the toilet. a week ago i realized that i my urine had blood i went to a Dr and she prescribed antibiotics and betadine douch, now i wonder if this is some kind of side effects or what may cause it?
