hi doctor , my problem is i am feeling very weak, fatigue,exhaution and sometime very lazy. i got checked reports my b12 came low to 149 pgml he gave me b12 shots 5 shots alternate days now 5 injection dose is over but still i m feeling not fresh and energetic the way before i was .i still feel tired and fatigue
